Decoration techniques

In recent years decoration has become increasingly important, particularly in the Prestige Spirits and Perfumery & Cosmetics sector. To make their glass bottles and containers stand out from the mass of products available on the market, more and more customers are turning to sophisticated decoration techniques and commissioning exclusive ranges at the top end of the market.

When tradition meets innovation

For some time now Stoelzle has been investing in new decoration techniques and facilities in France, Poland and Great Britain. In addition to familiar processes such as frosting, screen printing, pad printing, lacquering, hot stamping, transfers, sleeving, or gluing, we also offer a range of innovative decoration techniques including Quali Glass Coat 2.0, metallisation, laser cutting, and spraying with special inks which result in stunning tactile or visual effects.

Innovative processes for extraordinary results

In the field of spraying we have been developing a lot recently. We are proud to offer  a range of visual and tactile effects achieved by the application of special lacquering material. The surface of a bottle can look and in some part as well feel like concrete, ice, carbon, velvet, metal or can as well provide a soft touch or a glittering effect. By applying special inks and using sophisticated machinery we make your product unique and stand out from the crowd in your point of sale.

In addition we offer Quali Glass Coat 2.0, an eco-friendly powder coating technology which creates a perfect surface appearance and increases the resistance to corrosion.
