Decoration techniques

Spraying

Color is applied to the glass using a spray technique. This type of decoration can then be easily combined with other decoration techniques. We offer a wide range of solvent-free colors and different finishes: opaque, transparent, matt, and shiny or with a unique effect.

Screen printing

Fully automated screen-printing enables precise decoration. Depending on the requirements, we work with all common ink systems and use only heavy metal-free inks. Each ink system brings different advantages. Using Organic UV inks, up to nine colours can be applied in a single pass. Ceramic inks have a very high resistance to mechanical abrasion.

Frosting

This decoration technique adds a matte surface to the glass. Glass is treated in a way that can be further decorated with screen-printing and hot stamping if desired.
