Stoelzle uses the smartphone as a constant companion and offers all Stoelzle employees an optimum chance to communicate. This new App is intended to promote internal communication in relation to company-relevant topics and areas. For all employees who do not have a PC workstation, there is now also the opportunity to communicate digitally and keep well informed of all news!

Communication creates a knowledge advantage in all aspects within the company. If all employees were to know about the goals of the company, a corporate culture would easily emerge. The Stoelzle APP is a social intranet and an internal messenger at the same time. It motivates reading, sharing and reporting. Therefore, a permanent and comprehensive exchange of information takes place between the employees and management level.

In the Stoelzle APP, employees are rewarded with points for their active use of the APP, such as for “reading”, “sharing”, “commenting” and “recommending Stoelzle as an employer”. The accumulated points can be redeemed for great items that can be found in the bonus wall. Get spending!

All Stoelzle employees with a fixed contract as well as all temporary workers who have worked for the company for more than 12 months are entitled to participate.
