Gourmet manufactory furore 60g of pure sauce enjoyment – we at Stoelzle supply furore, an Austrian gourmet manufactory, with our 50 ml mini jar. furore GmbH is a gourmet manufactory based in Austria and specialized in the production of gourmet fruit and mustard sauces. Since 1999 the company stands for quality, originality and regionality. Raw materials as well as their packaging are carefully selected according to these criteria. In Stoelzle, the company has found a partner who shares these values. Quality – a basic requirement The satisfaction of our customers is a priority for us, which is why we attach great importance to product safety and quality. All our bottles and jars are subjected to comprehensive quality controls. In addition to the quality of the products, it is also important to us to pack them safely and carefully for transport – this overall package together with our flexibility is also appreciated by furore in our close cooperation. Regional & Sustainable furore and Stoelzle are also united by the issue of regionality, as both companies have their headquarters in Austria. The production of the mini jars, which are used for the sauces, takes place directly at our headquarters in Köflach/Austria. This enables us to create short transport routes and to respond even more flexibly to the needs of the customer. We are always happy to convince local companies of our jars and thus together make a contribution to regionality and sustainability. We are glad that we have found a partner in Austria who lives our 3 corporate pillars (quality, originality and regionality) with us through the production and delivery of our 60g glass. Mr. Christian Greber, CEO furore Interview with Patricia Martins Dias - Business Development and Quality Management at furore Welcome to the good life: Enter the world of gourmet foods with furore. Stoelzle Glass Group is proud of its long-standing partnership with furore, an Austrian company that manufactures gourmet foods. The story of furore began in 1999 in the Austrian region of Bregenzerwald, where two top restaurateurs set out to find the best of the best. The result: furore, where enjoyment is written in capital letters. Since then, the company has been developing wonderfully refined mustard sauces and other fine delicacies, of which there are now more than 20 different varieties. We are happy to share our recent interview with Patricia Martins Dias, responsible for Business Development and Quality Management at furore. Tell us something about the company's history. What makes furore unique and distinguishes it from other delicatessen producers? Since the company was founded in 1999, it has always been important to us to use the best that nature has to offer, and to create something unique from it. At furore, we value quality, originality and regionality. Each and every product of ours is lovingly filled into jars by hand. Traditional craftsmanship, coupled with the art of making the best out of simple things is in the nature of our origins. Feel free to tell us a little about yourself. As part of the company, what particularly excites you about furore? Due to our company structure and the artisan way of production, we are able to implement innovations and bring them to the market in the shortest possible time. Customer-specific requests can also be acted on quickly. This is made possible not only by our internal structures but also by the close and cooperative partnership with our suppliers. A broad portfolio of packaging, rapid sampling and, more importantly than ever in this day and age, availability enable us to implement and launch innovations quickly. How do you deal with innovation and change at furore? Where do you like to take a risk and where do you prefer to rely on the tried and tested? We always like to see innovations here at furore. Changes have to be taken as they come. At the moment it is a little more challenging and requires more commitment from our team. However, our long-standing partnerships and our experience are of great help here. Together and with a little foresight, we have been able to withstand the rather difficult changes well. Some of the risks involve new product creations that require a lot of time and investment before they can be launched onto the market. At the same time, this is what makes us stand out from our competitors. What is tried and tested is and remains our love of delicacies and their high quality. Our exclusive Bregenzerwald cheese speciality range, and our perfect fruit mustard sauces - CHEESE COMPANION - are the perfect example of this. From your point of view, what role does the packaging of your products play and why do you rely on glass for the majority of furore products? Packaging is an essential part of the brand as an eye-catching product often influences a customer into buying it. The use of glass as a packaging material is perfect for presenting our sauces as well as representing our brand. It also reflects sustainability, as the glass can be reused and recycled. We annually register every glass sold into the possible cycles. Why do you think the collaboration between furore and Stoelzle has worked so well for years? What do you particularly appreciate about the cooperation? Among other things, we share the same values. In Stoelzle we have found a partner who is flexible and quick to accept our enquiries and can also offer a broad portfolio. The short transport distances within Austria also enables us to respond to short-term changes. In addition to the points mentioned, we particularly appreciate that Stoelzle looks for, and works with us to find solutions even in difficult times. What can your customers look forward to in the future? Are there any plans for new products at furore? From August 2022, our customers can look forward to our NEW organic line. Our organic mustard sauces are available in 100g jars and in three different varieties: currants, apricots and figs, all of which are presented in a new classy design. As part of the company, you are certainly well supplied with delicacies from furore. What's the must-try product that we've all missed out on, and may not have heard about yet? Of course. Our BIO SPICY FRUITS Raspberry Cardamom is one of my favourites, which we / I was of course involved in developing. The characteristic sweet and sour taste of the raspberry is refined and supported by finely spicy cardamom. Not only because of its bright red-pink colour but also because of its strong berry flavour, our Raspberry Cardamom Organic Dip is a highlight on any cheese platter.
