Kris Sleight
I first started working for Stoelzle in 2014 in a quality administrator role within the quality management department. Since then I have worked in calibration and also on the cold end as a sorter and QCI. I have recently started a new role in January 2021 as a packaging technician which I am enjoying. I have always found working for Stoelzle enjoyable due to the atmosphere around the factory and also the teams I have worked with.

I have received help and guidance from fellow workers and management in all roles and departments. Some of the main benefits of working for Stoelzle is the job stability I have found here unlike in previous employment. Also the fact that all employers are encouraged to progress within the company and are given full backing at every opportunity.
Luke Gilbert
I have worked at Stoelzle Flaconnage for around 10 years, within those 10 years I have successfully climbed through the ranks in the quality department from line operator to quality control inspector and I am now developing an exciting and challenging career in project management. With the help from my colleagues and factory management, I feel that I will have a stable and long life career within the Group.
Melanie Gilbert
I started for Stoelzle on a part time basis on reception, which then became full time. I then moved into Finance and payroll before settling in Sales, I am now Sales office manager/Head of Sales executives. I have worked for Stoelzle 21 years this year. I personally think the benefits of working for the Stoelzle group are that you have the opportunity to travel, to either work or train at one of our other sites in different countries, this enables you to embrace different cultural working environments.
