Stoelzle meets customer expectations
Stoelzle Glass Group has been manufacturing high quality glass packaging for many years. The six European production plants operate under a centrally controlled production and quality system that provides back-up to the various plants, ensuring constant high-level quality and flexibility.
The Stoelzle Glass Group sets standards. All manufacturing sites are certified according to ISO 9001 as the basic Quality Management system. Depending on the strategic orientation of the production sites the system is complemented by the GMP standard ISO 15378 for pharmaceutical packing materials (sites Austria and Czech Republic) and/or by the BRC Food Packaging standard (sites Austria and Częstochowa/Poland).
The quality processes are under constant review. They are managed, constantly improved and monitored by the Quality Management Representatives under the leadership of the Group Quality Manager.
The purpose of the Quality Policy is to define the quality principles for the Stoelzle Glass Group and to communicate them to the employees. It forms the basis for the individual Quality Policy of each plant. The Quality Policy of the Stoelzle Glass Group is defined in compliance with the company principles and the quality requirements of the ISO 9001 norm. Depending on the strategic focus the quality requirements of other standards like ISO 15378 (GMP) and BRC/IOP Food Packaging are considered individually in plants manufacturing products for pharmaceutical and/or food use.
