Within its glass-producing network, Stölzle has three plants specialising in the manufacture of Prestige Spirits. For the Perfumery and Personal Care markets, a total of 9 production lines are dedicated to 100% cosmetic flint glass – also known as extra flint.
In addition Stölzle-Flaconnage and Stölzle-Czestochowa offer 4 lines which produce on a regular basis a wide range of the most popular 'feeder colours'. Other tints are constantly being developed to meet customer specifications.
Small production runs, one-offs, and oversize bottles are the specialty of the Oberglas Bärnbach mouth-blowing factory. Three pot furnaces allow simple and fast switches between different glass colours.
As a one-stop supplier Stölzle offers in-house decoration facilities which include automatic and semi-automatic silk screen printing with both ceramic and organic colours as well as precious metals. Transfer application by heat release and water slide process is offered on a semi and automatic basis. Investment in an own internal line for organic spraying will be complete before the end of 2008.
