Situated in the heart of West Yorkshire, the British glass factory, Stölzle-Flaconnage has been part of the Stölzle Glass Group since 1994. The recent addition of a fifth line has increased capacity by over 24%. As well as cosmetic white flint glass, Stölzle-Flaconnage offers feeder colour on two production lines, providing a full range of the most popular colours.
Five lines, 140 tons of extra-white flint glass per day, 100 million glass containers per annum, these have made Stölzle-Flaconnage one of the leading producers of Prestige items. 70% of its output is produced for the Prestige Spirits & Design market, with 30% supplied to leading Perfumery & Personal Care companies.
Stölzle-Flaconnage can meet the decoration requirements of the most challenging of customers with a full range of in-house decoration facilities: acid etching; automatic and semi-automatic silk screen printing in ceramic colours together with precious metals and the full spectrum of organic colours. Also offered are semi automatic and fully automatic heat release and water-slide transfer application. The investment will be completed with the introduction of ‘hot foil stamping’ and an in-house organic spraying line in first quarter of 2009.
