The Stölzle Glass Group's youngest member joined in 2001. Situated in Czestochowa, the Silesian place of pilgrimage, the Polish glass factory offers four fully automatic production lines with 6 and 8 section machines, single, double and triple gob. In addition to cosmetic-white flint glass Stölzle-Czestochowa offers a complete range of feeder colours in a 6 section single gob machine.
This year the first decade within the Stölzle Glass Group will be completed successfully by the Polish production site. Hence the owner of the group decided to enhance significantly the production capacity of the plant by adding a second white flint glass furnace. This new furnace will start production in autumn 2011 and will feed 4 additional lines which shall be dedicated to the production of high-end flint containers mainly for the international Prestige & Beauty markets.
Currently the production output amounts to 250 million pieces per annum what corresponds to a daily capacity of almost 110 tons. The new furnace is planned to almost triple this production capacity, boosting the total daily output of glass to more than 200 tons.
Stölzle-Czestochowa offers sophisticated in-house, premium quality decoration facilities, as well. Acid etching or screen printing can provide individual branding for Prestige glass items such as Perfumery & Personal Care, Tableware and Prestige Spirits.
