200 years of company history reflect Stölzle's economic and historical developments during this period. Now, at the beginning of the third millennium, Stölzle is faced with the challenges of increasing globalisation and the resulting acceleration and increased flexibility of working processes.
With a total of five manufacturing bases in Western and Eastern Europe, and an internationally focused sales organisation, Stölzle regards itself as well equipped for both the present and the future. The firm integration within the CAG-Holding creates key synergies with Stölzle's partner companies. Since the end of the nineteen eighties 100% of Stölzle's shares have been held by CAG which, in turn, is completely owned by the industrialist, Dr. Cornelius Alexander Grupp.
Within the CAG-Holding all affiliated companies offer bespoke solutions and all round competence in processing a whole series of modern materials. They specialise in the production of aluminium, viscose, plastics, and glass and manufacture products such as aerosol cans, anti-friction bearings, plastic tubes, aluminium roofs and chassis parts for the automotive industry.
