Our company history reflects the economic and historical developments of the period. Now, at the beginning of the third millennium, we are faced with the challenges of increasing globalisation and the resulting acceleration and increased flexibility of working processes.

Glass in all its variations
Our operating fields are as varied as the material glass itself. On the one hand we produce standard packaging for pharmaceutical products and pharmacy needs, on the other we produce and sell several series of quality drinking glasses and decanters.
We develop high quality perfume flacons and jars together with international cosmetic producers and also supply some of the best known spirits manufacturers with miniature, standard and oversize bottles. And finally, at our oldest manufacturing base in Bärnbach, in Austria’s Steiermark region, we produce hand-blown glass using traditional glassmaking techniques.
We are all unified, however, by a collective fascination for the material glass and the ambition to manufacture high quality packaging, tableware, lighting components and artistic objects from this exciting material. In many cases this not only requires high quality standard solutions but also continual cooperation with our customers for whom we create bespoke solutions.
International clients
Our focus on export is mirrored in the fact that we export to 80 countries worldwide and currently generate 84 percent of our turnover outside Austria. Our international manufacturing bases in Austria, Great Britain, Poland and the Czech Republic also make us an international enterprise.
Integration within the CAG-Holding consolidated group of companies also enables us to present ourselves as a provider of complete packaging solutions, offering individual customers packaging in glass as well as aerosol cans or aluminium and plastic tubing.
