Company Structure

Our 200 years of company history reflect the economic and historical developments during this period. Now, at the beginning of the third millennium, we are faced with the challenges of increasing globalisation and the resulting acceleration and increased flexibility of working processes.

With a total of six manufacturing bases in Western and Eastern Europe, and an internationally focused sales organisation, we regard ourselves as well equipped for both the present and the future.

Our integration within the CAG-Holding creates key synergies with our partner companies. Since the end of the nineteen eighties 100% of Stölzle-Oberglas’s shares have been held by CAG which, in turn, is completely owned by the industrialist, Dr. Cornelius Alexander Grupp.
